Welcome to PINK CYCLE. We are committed to protecting your privacy, especially because our app processes sensitive personal data related to menstrual health, reproductive cycles, and intimate wellness. By using PINK CYCLE, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to this policy.

2. What Data We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

Cycle & Health Data: Menstrual flow intensity, cycle length, ovulation predictions, symptoms (cramps, mood, bloating, etc.), basal body temperature, medication use and any notes you enter.
Profile Data: Time zone, and general wellness goals.
Feedback & Support: Information sent via email, in-app chat, or support forms.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data for core functionality (predicting cycles and health insights), personalization, algorithmic improvement, and security support. We will NEVER sell your personal data to third parties or share it with employers, insurers, or advertisers.

4. Data Security

We implement end-to-end encryption for cycle data. While we perform regular security audits, no internet transmission is 100% secure; we will notify affected users within 72 hours of any breach where legally required.

5. Your Privacy Rights

Ghana Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843): As a Ghana-based user, you have the right to be informed of collection purposes, access your data, object to processing, and delete your personal data entirely.

Data Ownership: All period dates, symptoms, and notes you log belong to you.
Export & Deletion: You may download your data in PDF format or delete your account via Settings. Deletion is irreversible and wipes all your data from the system.
