This App provides menstrual cycle tracking, predictions, and notifications intended for female users who wish to monitor or support a partner's or family member's cycle for health, planning, or care purposes. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By using the App, you confirm that any cycle data entered belongs to a consenting adult who has explicitly allowed you to track such information.
You are responsible for entering accurate cycle start dates, symptoms, and other health information. The App's predictions and notifications are estimates based on general menstrual cycle averages (e.g., 28 days) and entered data. They are not medical advice and may not be accurate for every individual. We strongly recommend consulting a healthcare professional for any medical decisions regarding fertility, contraception, or health conditions.
Menstrual cycle data is considered sensitive personal information. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have obtained explicit, informed consent from the person whose cycle you are tracking. We collect only the data you provide (cycle dates, optional symptoms, notification preferences). We do not sell or share this data with third parties except as required by law. You are solely responsible for securing your device and ensuring that cycle data is not accessed without the tracked individual's consent. The App sends notifications (e.g., "Next period expected in 3 days," "Fertility window approaching"). You can customize or disable notifications at any time via device or in-app settings. We are not liable for missed, delayed, or misinterpreted notifications.

All App content, design, and code are owned and shared by Pink Cycle CARE SERVICE and STAPETECH. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use only.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect unauthorized sharing of sensitive data, violation of consent laws, or any breach of these Terms.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted service. We do not guarantee that notifications will always reflect real-time cycle changes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pink Cycle CARE SERVICE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App, including emotional distress, relationship issues, or medical complications.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of GHANA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
